Complete the application and be sure to sign it. And return by mail or in person; but, making sure to abide by the time frames. The instructions are on the back or second page of the absentee ballot application.
The absentee ballot application must either be personally delivered to the Village Clerk not later than the day before the election, or postmarked by a governmental postal service not later than the 7th day before Election Day. The ballot itself must be personally delivered to the Village Clerk no later than the close of polls on Election Day
